Heatmap

What exactly are Heatmaps?

Heatmaps provide you with a graphical representation of how your visitors moved along your Form. In a heatmap, areas of the form which are gone through more frequently are shown in warmer colors (yellow, orange, red) while areas less frequented areas are shown in shades of blue and green.

Why should I use it?

Heatmaps provides an easy way to “look over your visitors shoulder” as they fill your form and understand how they move through the page. Are they skipping some fields, are they spending more time around certain text or fields? Next, you can use such insights to modify your form, remove problematic fields or change their location on the page.

What do i need to do?

Simply turn Heatmaps on from the optimization tab in your formbuilder. The Titan will start gathering data. Use the MY FORMS console to select your form and view its heatmap. Note: as you get more visitors through your form the areas on your heatmap will become more distinguished.
