Form Titan is highly flexible + a powerful tool for automating form entry and allows you create or modify any data in your SF instance.
Would recommend for companies that have the time and/or resources to devote to initial set up. As someone who works with small non-profits, our use case may be different but there is a bit of a learning curve with getting forms up and running. Form Titan provides a ton of recorded resources + support to guide as you go along.
