Christine V Pereira shares a video in which she discusses what salesforce is and why it is needed. She says it is good for managing all of your customer data, email addresses and phone numbers. It enables you to track each interaction, event, task, create accounts, add contacts, and convert leads into opportunities and more.

In a post called “What Is Salesforce? A Beginner’s Guide To Understanding Salesforce” (from Edureka blog) there is a convincing explanation for Salesforce being so popular. They say that

What is a salesforce form?

A salesforce form is an online form which is integrated with salesforce. The salesforce integration can have 2 directions:
1- Data going in to Salesforce (also known as “Write” or “Push”)
Once data is entered in the form and the form is submitted it can create or edit data in salesforce objects.
2- Data coming out of Salesforce into the form (also known as “Read” or “Get”)
Certain fields in the form can be connected to salesforce so that they are pre populated when the form is loaded, or populated after a certain trigger in the form.

Why integrate salesforce with a form builder?

How is a salesforce form created?

Is there a way to create a salesforce form automatically?

A salesforce form is usually created in the following method:
- The form is built
- It is then connected to the Salesforce object
- The fields are mapped between the form and salesforce to ensure sync.

However, there is a reverse method that enables you to quickly set up a salesforce form.
This method is available in the FormTitan platform, and it works like this:
- The user chooses to create a new form
- He then authenticates with Salesforce and chooses an object to base his form on
- He selects the salesforce object fields he would like in his form
