Great tool with great customer support.
FormTitan has so far been a pleasure to use.
It's very powerful and has extensive features. For pretty much anything you want to do in creating your form, structuring its fields, etc, there's likely a feature for that. All of the features have great little help descriptions and videos, as well.
Their customer support is speedy and effective. I've worked with Benny twice now, and each time was fantastic.
