The Form Builder Application is Amazing.
I have been using this solution for about 2 years now. The forms have worked flawlessly and have been the perfect solution to directly import and create data in Salesforce. The forms are easy to create and the help videos are excellent and easy to follow. When there is something more complicated to create in the forms, the staff at Form Titan are easy to schedule and quickly walk you through the setup. I highly recommend this program and give it 5 stars for the value, service and functionality.
