Do I need to make any changes to the template?
You can use the template as is, or add and remove elements as you find necessary. E.g. Add social autofill or a google map showing your location.
If the template contains a drop down with general info, replace it with your own: e.g if you are hiring for more than one position use the form builder to enter your different positions within the drop down element. Feel free to use the form with other themes out of our list, or make your own layout changes, add your colors, logo, etc.
How do i add advanced features to the template?
You can add functionality tailored to your needs to any element within the form.
For example, if you are looking for candidates with an available start date of next week, you can add logic which will check the start date entered by the potential employee and reject entries which are too late for you.
How do i get the submitted data?
By default you will be getting all submissions directly to your mailbox. You can easily customize these emails from within our form builder. Furthermore, you can use our built-in integrations to push your data into other services of your choice. E.g. you can collect all your applicants in a document or spreadsheet within your google drive.
