The Titan-Salesforce connector is extremely powerful, providing a bi-directional integration in realtime.

Using Salesforce as Our CRM Platform:

UCLA Anderson School of Management was at a stage when Salesforce’s built-in capabilities could not meet our needs with data coming into our system. We had a complex form that needed to direct data into fields that regularly was not accessible.


The Challenge:

We conducted an extensive search for solutions which featured forms, that could direct data into the right places in our Salesforce platform. After narrowing down the many options, Titan was the best solution. We had concerns about the customer support, but the team from Titan have by far exceeded our expectations, and in turn, supported our development. The team at Titan is very responsive, and when something arises, they are and have been there to help us along the way.


The Solution:

From our experience and on-going usage, the system easily integrates with our Salesforce platform. Titan allows us to send data securely while maintaining compliance with all federal regulations governing data privacy. The data is directed to the appropriate places, and we as an institution did not have to source specialized resources to be able to understand the system. The ease of use has been key to our operations, as we built a system that allows us to continue our leadership in education. The Titan solution we use today handles all the complex tasks that even with staff training in Salesforce, would take a very long time to learn and correctly operate. We use multiple Titan forms and solutions to address our different and varying needs that in turn make our operations more efficient, less costly and it allows us to streamline otherwise challenging tasks.
