The Challenge:
Make the Road New York is a multi-service organization that provides legal and health services in addition to community organizing and adult education classes. We had been in Salesforce for over 10 years when we decided it was time for a major architectural overhaul. One major challenge that came up in our discovery process was that our lawyers and health case managers needed to track data during intake across about ten objects. English is a second (or third) language for many of our staff, so the process needed to be as simple as possible in Salesforce.

The Solution:
As a nonprofit with low overhead that has never come close to hiring a Salesforce developer, Titan was the only zero-code solution we found that could build technically complex team-specific intake processes that were intuitive for staff. Our intake forms populate the information that's already in Salesforce, saving hours of frustrating data entry each week that staff can now spend with clients. It's incredible that a single form can update contact information, perform a conflict check, and guide staff through various screening flows. Make the Road couldn't have had a successful Salesforce overhaul without Titan and the support from their incredibly responsive team.
