Excellent solution to integration forms into SF.
Very happy with the solution that Form Builder provides. Apart from the quick integration and setup time, the support from the team is exceptional. Forms seems like they should not cost much on a monthly basis, but the value that this app provides far exceeds the monthly costs that would be related to having a developer updating and changing forms that can integrate across the Salesforce platform.
