Make the best transition from paper forms to online forms

We all know what paper forms are. We’ve all seen then, and we’ve all filled them in. For years, paper forms have been the way for enterprises and SMBs to collect data in the office and in the field.

The Disadvantages of paper forms are known:
1- It takes up space
2- It is easily damaged sent to the wrong address or lost
3- It is Error prone, there are no validations to make sure the right data is entered
4- It is problematic in editing
filled out by hand, increasing the likelihood of human error, also misread or illegible text
Requires a lot of extra work after the forms are filled in
5- It is Not Eco-Friendly
6- It requires manual review and reporting : There is no ability to sort data fields in a paper record
7 - It is limited in access: accessing a certain data is limited to 1 person at a time.
8- Its data cannot be integrated with other applications you are using
9 - Its content rigid. Form consists of all the questions in advanced. While in forms you can use advanced logic to show only parts of the data based on user input.

Converting Paper to Digital Forms

Ok, so paper forms have many disadvantages. However, many companies still use them. This fact has led to the development of a few solutions:

An example of such a solution is a fillable PDF, which takes a scanned copy of your paper form and makes it fillable.
This is a great solution, however it is not a responsive one. The original paper form is usually large and does not fit your mobile screen without the use of scroll bars.

Another solution for this, offered by FormTitan, is the paper form mapping. This allows you to still get your signed paper form by using a responsive online form. In contrast to the previous solution, this digital form, which is filled online does not look like original form. It is a responsive online form you can create in any layout and design you want.
All you have to do is scan your original paper form, create an online form and map it to your scanned form.
