Manage your resources more efficiently using our Outlook Calendar integration

If you use a form to enable service booking or to manage a shared resource (e.g. a meeting room). You’ll probably want to connect your form directly to a calendar. Create new events directly from your form and view them on your designated calendar. You will still get an email for each new submission, but it will also be automatically inserted into your calendar.

What are some examples for forms which are relevant for this integration?
- Service booking forms.
- Clinic appointment form
- Meeting room reservation

How do I set it up?
It can’t get much easier, no coding is required. Simply go into form settings within your form builder screen. Click to edit Push Notifications and select “Outlook Calendar”. Next you’ll be asked to associate the form with the Outlook account that controls your calendar. At the final step you’ll be asked to match the fields of your form with those relevant for your calendar (email, start and end date and description). That’s it you are done. From now on, each new submission will be automatically added to your calendar.

This feature is part of all of our paid plans. Starting at $9/month
